Gamma Knee Point Calculation
The MT9M114 allows for the 19 knee point curves to be programmed based off a small
number of variables. The table below shows the variables which are required.

0x00: User will program 19 knee point gamma curves
0x01: MT9M114 will calculate 19 knee point for contrast curve (first
curve or table).
0x02: MT9M114 will calculate 19 knee point for noise reduction
curve (second curve or table).
0x03: MT9M114 will calculate both 19 knee point curves.
Interpolation start point for first curve
Interpolation stop point for second curve
The value of the gamma curve, this is applied to both 19 knee point
curves. The default is 220, this equates to a gamma of 2.2.
