the GPIO pin when the GPIO function is enabled,
the local GPIO direction is Output, and remote
GPIO control is disabled.
0: Output LOW (default)
1: Output HIGH
Remote GPIO Control
0: Disable GPIO control from remote Deserializer
(default)
1: Enable GPIO control from remote Deserializer.
The GPIO pin will be an output, and the value is
received from the remote Deserializer.
Local GPIO Direction

0: Enable normal operation (default)
1: Enable GPIO operation
