Setting this bit to 1 enters the Soft PowerDown Mode. This means, internal
current consuming blocks switch off, the oscillator keeps running.
Setting this bit to 1 enters the Soft PowerDown Mode. This means, internal
current consuming blocks switch off including the oscillator.
Reserved for future use
Setting this bit to 1 starts the timer immediately.
Reading this bit will always return 0.
