1) This parameter is an Absolute Maximum Rating. Exposure to Absolute Maximum Ratings for extended periods
of time may damage the device.
2) Refers to possibility of current caused degradation, where the voltages in overload do not violate the normal
operating conditions. In case that the overvoltages violate the normal operating conditions, the reliability
considerations caused by overvoltage apply independently, as described in this document.
