Description and Application Notes
Extending the power-on reset by RC components at pin xRST is recommended for
all designs (see Fig. 10 and 11). If pin xRST is directly connected to VDD, VDD
rise time (from 0 V to 3.3 V) should be no less than 40 µs.
The specified short-circuit current limits can be exceeded at low/high temperatures.
