FLASH_BACKUP
Write “1” to save the current values of the control registers with the ○ mark in the “Flash
Backup” column of Table 7.1 to the non-volatile memory. After the execution is completed, the
bit automatically goes back to “0”. After confirming this bit goes back to “0” and then check the
result in FLASH_BU_ERR of DIAG_STAT [0x04(W0)] bit 0.
