BIST System Configuration
Clocking Methodology and Considerations
This system runs off a reference clock frequency of 200 MHz from the differential clock source on the board. The AXI MM
and streaming masters/slaves operate at 150 MHz, the AXI-Lite and streaming masters/slaves operate at 100 MHz, and the
DDR3 memory runs at 800 MHz. Table 2 shows the system clocks.
