3.3 EtherCAT Slave Controller Function (R-IN32M3-EC only)
The EtherCAT Slave Controller (ESC) uses the EtherCAT Slave Controller IP Core made by Beckhoff Automation
GmbH, Germany.
The ESC handles EtherCAT communications by serving as an interface between EtherCAT field bus and slave
applications.
