4.3.3 Protocol Control
PCB (Protocol Control Byte) shown in Figure 4-14 and Table 4-11 is provided for ISO/IEC1443-4 protocol
control, and used to send information necessary for data transmission control. This protocol has 3 block
types. Table 4-12 lists the definition of block type. This RFID's protocol control specification is given in Table
4-13.
Figure 4-15, Figure 4-16, and Figure 4-17 illustrate I-block, R-block, and S-block codings, respectively.
