Register access can be restricted via RPL (see Table
93). RPL = 0x2/0x3 selects a shipping mode with lim-
ited access which can be set back to RPL = 0x0. To set
back RPL the content of Bank: 0, Addr. SER: 0x17 has
to be written to RPL_RESET.
