option for port A external interrupts is selected, PA3-PA0 serve as
external interrupt pins. See 7.3.4 Port A External Interrupts.
1.6.6 PB1/OSC3 and PB0
PB1/OSC3 and PB0 are the pins of port B, a general-purpose,
bidirectional I/O port. See 7.4 Port B.
PB1 is the oscillator output for the 3-pin resistor/capacitor (RC) oscillator
mask option. See 1.6.2 OSC1, OSC2, and PB1/OSC3. PB1 and PB0
have mask-optional pulldown devices that sink approximately 100 µA.
