8.28 (0x3B) Mode Setting Register
This register controls the precision mode for the device.
NOTE: When modifying this register, software must perform a read-modify-write type of
access to bits [7:2] to ensure that factory settings do not get changed inadvertently.
NOTE: The PM sequence must be written to register 0x25 before this register can be
changed.
