Via SPI the host is able to read all addresses in the ranges 0x000 ... 0x27F and 0x300-3FF.
Write access is allowed in the address range 0x000 ... 0x17F and 0x200 to 0x27F, except:
• UART_STAT (0x2A0)
• UART_RX (0x2A3)
• UART_TX (0x2A4)
