6.15 Real Time Clock Generator Block
Base on 32.768KHz, Real Time Clock Generator Block finishes counts which include seconds,
minutes, and hours automatically. It also provides alarm function.
When {RTCHR, RTCMIN, RTCSEC} and {RTCHRAL, RTCMINAL, RTCSECAL} are equal, interrupt
will occur to Microprocessor automatically.
