18-bit interface
68-system 18-bit parallel data transmission becomes operable by setting IM3/2/1/0 pins to
Vcc/GND/GND/GND levels respectively. 80-system 18-bit parallel data transmission becomes operable
by setting IM3/2/1/0 pins to Vcc/GND/Vcc/GND levels respectively. The data transfer through 18-bit
mode is effective only for write mode, and not effective for read operation.
