Full status check
By performing full status check, the execution result of erase and program operations can be known.
Fig.BB-5 shows the full status check flowchart and the method to deal with the error.

Block erase error

Execute the clear status register command (5016)
to clear the status register. Try to perform the
operation again after conforming that the command
is entered correctly.
Should block erase error occur, the block cannot
be used.
Should program error occur, the block cannot be
used.
Note: When SR5 or SR4 is set to “1”, neither of the program nor block erase
commands are accepted. Execute the clear status register command (5016)
before executing these commands.
