3.2 Input/Output Level of pin groups
Following conditions are valid for all listed pin group input/output level:
- T_A =-40 to +105°C
- V_DD5X = 4.5 to 5.5V
- V_DD3x = AV_DD = BV_DD3x = MV_DD3x = 3.0 to 3.6V
- V_SS5X = V_SS3x = AV_SS = BV_SS5X = BV_SS3X = MV_SS3X = 0V
Note: Internally all BV_DD3x (x=0 to 2) and MV_DD3y (y= 0 to 4) are connected. All mentioned supply
pins in this chapter has to be seen as main contribution and not as single supply!
3.2.1 Input/Output Level Pin Group 1: Main Area General Purpose Ports
These pins are supplied with BV_DD3X with the same I/O characteristics.
