• The word length of display data can be selected according to the character font: 8-bit or 6-bit
• A standby operation is available
• The display can be extended through a multi-chip operation
• A built-in CR oscillator
• An 80-system CPU interface: ø = 4 MHz
• Power supply voltage for operation: 2.7V to 6.0V
• LCD driving voltage: 6.0V to 15.0V
• Low current consumption: 400 µA max (at fOSC = 500 kHz, fOSC is external clock frequency)
