General Purpose Input
H0 is selected as a general purpose input, if the H0MS bit
in the H0/L0 Status and Control Register (HLSCTL) is
cleared. In this mode, the input is usable as a standard 5.0 V
input. The H0 input has a selectable internal pull-up resistor.
The pull-up can be switched off with the H0PD bit in the H0/
L0 Status and Control Register (HLSCTL). After reset, the
internal pull-up is enabled.
