The external reset is generated “edge sensitive” to the expiration of the t_RESET timer. The initialization
procedure is starting immediately after the event, independent of the state of DSTBn. The external reset state
lasts if DSTBn still remains LOW after t_RESET + t_INIT. The corresponding error state display is described in
chapter 4.11.
