Bit 1: VBAT Voltage Status. Set 1, the voltage of VBAT is over the limit value. Set 0, the voltage of
VBAT is during the limit range.
Bit 0: 5VSB Voltage Status. Set 1, the voltage of 5VSB is over the limit value. Set 0, the voltage of
5VSB is in the limit range.
