internal regular output) higher than negative analog input voltage(VNEG) RESC is a
read only bit.
REF = 0 reference input from analog input voltage(VPOS/P4.4) pin.
REF = 1 reference input from the internal regulator output.
COMPEN = 0 Disable comparator
COMPEN = 1 Enable comparator
