6.0 DEVICE DETAILS
6.1 Device ID
The Device ID region of memory can be used to
determine mask, variant and manufacturing
information about the chip. The Device ID region is
2 x 16 bits and it can be read using the READC
command. This region of memory is read-only and can
also be read when code protection is enabled.
Table 6-1 shows the Device ID for each device, Table 6-2
shows the Device ID registers and Table 6-3 describes
the bit field of each register.
