Note: If annunciator display is unnecessary during standby mode, make sure to fix the EXM pin to the V_CC or GND level
and set the annunciator display ON bit (DA) to 0. This will prevent dark display and liquid-cell deterioration due to
DC bias application on liquid crystal cells.
