4.1 MC9S08AC60 Series Memory Map
As shown in Figure 4-1, on-chip memory in the MC9S08AC60 Series series of MCUs consists of RAM,
FLASH program memory for nonvolatile data storage, plus I/O and control/status registers. The registers
are divided into three groups:
• Direct-page registers ($0000 through $006F)
• High-page registers ($1800 through $185F)
• Nonvolatile registers ($FFB0 through $FFBF)
