15. Jitter Tolerance
Figure 55 shows the jitter tolerance to ILRCK. The jitter quantity is defined by the jitter frequency and
the jitter amplitude shown in Figure 55. When the jitter amplitude is 0.01Uipp or less, the AK4137
operates normally regardless of the jitter frequency.

▪ This data is evaluated by adding jitter to ILRCK and IBICK, and comparing to the
corresponding data input.
