power-up.

Note 1. All input pins must not be allowed to float. DVDD must be connected to the same power supply.
Note 2. S_PB, CM3-0, OBOT1-0, TDM, ODIF1-0, IDIF2-0 and CAD1-0 pin must be changed when the
PDN pin =”L”.
