The BD_Off state of the FlexRay transceiver TLE9221SX is reached, if both power supplies, uV_BAT and uV_CC are
below the power-down thresholds uBDPDV_BAT and uBDPDV_CC. In comparison to undervoltage detection the
reference supply uV_IO has no effect on the BD_Off state. Regardless of whether the uV_IO voltage is available or
not, the FlexRay transceiver TLE9221SX always changes over to the power-down state BD_Off in case uV_BAT and
uV_CC are not present (see Figure 24).
