Returns the time and day as a 2-byte value. time_day_option may be one of the following:

Get the system time and day.

Get the current message time-and-day stamp.
Any other time_day_option returns the time-and-day stamp of the current message.
Time and day are encoded as follows:
Bits 0–2
Day of the week (1 through 7).
Bits 3–7
Hour of the day (0 through 23).
Bits 8–13
Minute of the hour (0 through 59).
Bits 14–15

The time was set, i.e., the SETD (Set Time of Day) command was executed.
NOTE If the current message is undefined, and time_day_option is 1, an ERR_INVALID error is reported.
