[AK4452]
â DSD Full Scale (FS) Signal Detection Function
The AK4452 has a full scale signal detection function for each channel in DSD mode. When the input data of
each channel (DSDL1, DSDR1) is continuously â0â (-FS) or â1â (+FS) for 2048 cycles, the AK4452 detects a
full scale signal and outputs â1â on the DML1 and DMR1 bits. The output data is muted if a full scale signal is
detected. When DSDD bit = â0â, the output data is changed in soft transition, and the output data is changed
without soft transition when DSDD bit = â1â. A recovering condition to normal operation mode from full scale
detection status is selected by DMC bit if DDM bit = â1â.
When DMC bit = â0â, the AK4452 will return to normal operation automatically by inputting a normal signal.
When DMC bit = â1â, the AK4452 will return to normal operation mode by writing â1â to DMRE bit.
