2.2. RF Pin Impedance Models
The following table gives the typical equivalent circuits modelling the impedance of the RF-pins including
the package but without the PCB parasitics.
The LNA, MIX1 and TNK1/2 models are valid from 300 to 930MHz, the MFO model is valid from 1 to
10MHz.

The C-V-characteristics for other supply voltages than given above can be derived by shifting the right end
of the curves to the desired supply voltage, since the VCO frequency depends on VCC-VLF.
