(R/W)
W Direction of motor rotation: 0 = Reverse motor rotation; 1 = Forward
motor rotation.
W Start/Stop bit. Setting this bit to 1 issues a start command. Setting
this bit to 0 stops the motor.
W Emergency coast stop will take place when this bit is set to one.
