4. Key strobe pins (KST0 to KST7): Outputs strobe signals at a specified time interval
5. Key scan interrupt pin (IRQ*): Outputs VCC level
6. LED driving port (LED0–LED2): Outputs VCC level
7. General output port (PORT0–PORT2): Outputs GND level
