11.15 Z-AXIS OFFSET REGISTERS
This register contains a signed 2’s complement 14-bit value applied as an offset adjustment to
the output of the sensor values, prior to being sent to the OUT_EX registers. The Power-On-
Reset value for each chip is unique and is set as part of factory calibration. If necessary, this
value can be overwritten by software.
NOTE: When modifying these registers with new gain or offset values, software should
perform a read-modify-write type of access to ensure that unrelated bits do not get
changed inadvertently.
