This register contains the low part of the temperature output value.
The temperature output value is a 16-bit data that contains the measured temperature. It is
composed of Section 10.22: "TEMP_OUT_H_2Ch", and Section 10.21:
"TEMP_OUT_L_2Bh". The value is expressed as 2’s complement.
