I Apply 3.0 to 5.5 V to VCC pin and 0 V to VSS pin.

Power supply for the A/D converter. Pins AVCC and AVSS should be

connected to VCC and VSS, respectively.

I Connect to VSS via a resistor.

I Input/output for the main clock oscillator. Connect a ceramic
