Allows user definition of an RF source power output sequence
simultaneously with a Tx power measurement sequence each consisting
of 10 or 20 ms duration steps with user-defined step size. Sequence
can be defined to repeat over a number of frequencies inside of a single
frequency band. This measurement requires a test mode in the mobile
station in order to operate. Measures the total power in a 1.23 MHz
bandwidth centered on the active reverse channel center frequency in
each step period
