The HD66724/HD66725 have a function for changing the common driver/segment driver output shift
direction using the CMS bit and SGS bit to meet the chip mounting positions of the HD66724/HD66725.
This is to facilitate the interface wiring to the LCD panel with COG or TCP installed.
