reboot from LD Flash EPROM by pull low at either P4.3 or P3.6 and P3.7, at external reset.
z 1/2/2-KB auxiliary RAM, software-selectable, accessed by MOVX instruction.
z 1/2/2-KB of NVM Data Flash EPROM for customer data storage used.
z 256 bytes of scratch-pad RAM.
z Four 8-bit bi-directional ports; Port 0 has internal pull-up resisters enabled by software.
z Multipurpose I/O port4 (4 bits for 48L LQFP; 2 bits for 44L PLCC) with Chips select (CS) and
boot function.
z Two bits bi-directional port5.
z Three 16-bit timers.
z One 16-bit Timer 3 for Motion Feed-Back Module.
