DHEC:
The DHEC bit controls the insertion of HEC errors for diagnostic purposes.
When DHEC is set to logic one, the HEC octet is inverted prior to insertion in the
synchronous payload envelope.
Reserved:
The reserved bits must be programmed to logic zero for proper operation.
