2.1 Packages and Pinouts
The Innovasic Semiconductor IA82527 CAN Serial Communications Controller is available in
the following packages:
• 44-Pin Plastic Leaded Chip Carrier (PLCC)
• 44-Pin Quad Flat Pack (QFP)
The 44-pin PLCC package is shown in Figure 1/Table 1, and the 44-pin QFP package is shown
in Figure 2/Table 2.
Detailed descriptions of pin/signal functions are provided in section 2.2 (Table 3).
NOTE
Table 1 (PLCC package) and Table 2 (QFP package) provide
numerical indexes of pin names. Table 3 provides an
alphabetical index of pin and signal descriptions.
