External SRAM configuration
There is an external SRAM module (U9) on the xPC564xA Mini-Module which
is able to be configured for byte-write.
J25 – Byte‐Write A Enable
Controls whether Byte-Write A Enable is connected to ADDR13 of the
MPC564xA processor or ground.
