13.1 Introduction
All MCUs in the MC9S08DN60 Series include SCI1.
NOTE
• MC9S08DN60 Series devices operate at a higher voltage range (2.7 V
to 5.5 V) and do not include stop1 mode. Please ignore references to
stop1.
• The RxD1 pin does not contain a clamp diode to V_DD and should not be
driven above V_DD. The voltage measured on the internally pulled up
RxD1 pin may be as low as V_DD – 0.7 V. The internal gates connected
to this pin are pulled all the way to V_DD.
