Description
Software should not rely on the value of a reserved bit. To provide
compatibility with future products, the value of a reserved bit should be
preserved across a read-modify-write operation.
The LED1 field selects the source that will toggle the LED1 signal.

0011 RX Activity
0100 Collision
0101 100BASE-TX mode
