Description
Read Low byte of the MAC Accumulator sum. Returns the 2nd byte of the 32-bit accumulated
value. The 2nd byte is the next to the least significant byte for the accumulated value.
Write X multiplicand for the MAC 16-bit multiply and 32-bit accumulator.
