T8/T16 Control Register B (CTR3)
The T8/T16 Control Register B, known as CTR3, is a new register to the Z86D99/
Z86L99 family. This register allows the T₈ and T₁₆ counters to be synchronized.
The settings of CTR3 are described in Table 39.
