4.8.3. Overtemperature and Short-Circuit Protection
If overtemperature T_J>180 °C or a short-circuit occurs, the output will go into tri-state
condition.
4.8.4. EEPROM Redundancy
The non-volatile memory uses the Micronas Fail Safe Redundant Cell technology well
proven in automotive applications.
4.8.5. ADC Diagnostic
The A/D-READOUT register can be used to avoid under/overrange effects in the A/D
converter.
