Temperature and
humidity A-Link probe
The temperature and relative humidity probe kit is
provided as an option available for purchase with your
unit. Additional probes can be purchased and connected
together with A-Link cables.

Use no more than two combined
AP9520T and/or AP9520TH probes.
Each probe must have a unique DIP
Note ^{switch address setting to ensure proper}
operation.
Set the DIP switches on each probe to a unique A-Link address.

The Environmental Monitoring Unit only supports devices
addressed with a DIP switch setting of 1 or 2.
Note
Relative humidity is defined by the amount of moisture in
the air and is expressed as "percent full". The temperature
of the air indicates the amount of moisture the air can hold,
Note _{as higher air temperature allows the air to retain more}
moisture. Relative humidity is therefore lower when the
temperature is higher, although the same amount of
moisture is present. Relative humidity cannot exceed
100%, at which point additional moisture creates fog.
