NOTES.
1. T_CK will be used as a reference for the timings.
2. For timings specified as a number of clock cycles, it should be noted that there is a variance of ±10ns caused by the
hold time (for inputs only) and different delays for rising and falling signals.
3. It should be noted that a half clock cycle can mean either the longer or shorter time for a clock not having a duty cycle
of 50%.
