Stretch MOVX select bits: This bit is used to select the stretch value for the MOVX
instruction. Using a variable MOVX length. Enables the user to access slower
memory devices or peripherals without the need for external circuits. The RD or
0
MD WR strobe will be stretched by the selected interval. All internal timing s are also
stretched by the same amount. This operation is transparent to the user. By
default, the stretch has value 1 cycle. If the user needs faster accessing, then
stretch value of 0 should be selected
